ABL HOLDINGS S.A ANNOUNCEMENT

Aerolineas Baleares can confirm that the U.K. rail division of our company has officially as of November 15 been disolved. Midland Northern is no longer a registered U.K. company. All class 802 assets have been transferred back to ABL Holdings S.A and stored at Eastleigh pending sale. Class 91, Class 82 and class 87 assets aswell as MK4s and MK2s remain as ABL Holdings S.A Assets aswell as class 50s. Belmond British Pullman has been transferred back to Belmond.

Leander has officially been stricken from the assets and handed over to a new owner who is our CEO.

We are proud to show off the latest addition to our fleet and a new paint scheme which we will be introducing to our Boeing 747–400 fleet. The aircraft shown is EC-YGJ “Dama De A Coruña”. She will be delivered to her new home of Madrid Barajas in a few days time 😍

EC-APX, our first A320-200SL parked at the delivery center in Toulouse.

This is the first of five of our brand new A320 aircraft. The acceptance is completed and the aircraft has been signed over to Aerolineas Baleares tonight.

Delivery flight is set to depart at 13:00PM today direct to our home base at Palma De Mallorca.

We have as of today acquired ROG and are now as we speak doing our first job. 37884 tows 365528 to Newport for scrap.

ABL group's UK railway branch has proudly entered service its Class 91 and MK4 sets today on its maiden service from Birmingham New Street to Liverpool Lime Street.

Pleased to show off our first Challenger650 outside the Bombardier factory in Montreal, Canada. She will be making her first flight tomorrow followed by an acceptance period and then hopefully delivery in the coming week to our base at Palma De Mallorca.
