Dolmen hunting weekend! Megalithic Zafra dolmens now. As stated in our previous post, there are more than 50 of these structures around this area, dating from III -IV millenium B.C (so, about 6000 years old). Can´t have enough of them. And good fun going out on the trails to see them.

Dolmen hunting weekend. These are the Mellizo and Data Megalithic Sites, roughly 6000 years old!! About 50+ of these megalithic structures have been documented around this area of Extremadura, bordering the portuguese alentejo area.
