🇺🇸 During the rutting season, apart from shooting mature stags, we also take advantage of the opportunity to cull defective ones, as it’s a great time when they reveal themselves, something that doesn’t happen much during the rest of the year. In this case, we shot this stag with a large lump, which had been affecting it for two years already. Can you guess what caused the lump?
🇪🇸 En berrea a parte de tirar venados maduros aprovechamos a tirar los defectuosos ya que es un momento muy bueno donde se dejan ver, cosa que el resto del año no. En este caso tiramos este venado con un gran bulto, que llevaba ya dos años perjudicandole, ¿adivinar por que es el bulto?

🇺🇸 We started soon after lunch, heading to the riverbanks to see if any bushbuck would come out of the bush to drink water, as they love those areas. Finally, we waited for de sunset in a good spot near the water with the bush very close by, where we hit the mark, managing to take down this beautiful bushbuck right where we wanted.
🇪🇸 Comenzamos pronto despues de comer yendo a las orillas del rio buscando a ver si algun bushbuck salia del bush a beber agua ya que les encantan esas zonas. Finalmente hicimos una espera en un buen sitio de agua con el bush muy cerca, donde dimos en el clavo, logrando tirar este precioso bushbuck en el sitio donde queriamos.

🇺🇸 Our second roebuck of the trip, we managed to shoot this beautiful buck after a perfect stalk, shooting it quite close.
🇪🇸 Nuestro segundo corzo de la caceria, pudimos hacernos con este bonito corzo despues de una entrada muy buena, consiguiendo ponernos muy cerca de el.

The last day our friend managed to get this beautiful male just before having to return to Madrid. A great hunting trip with two great hunters and from north to south of Spain hunting roebucks, beceite and southeastern ibex and Pyrenean chamois. Soon they will be back!
🇪🇸 El ultimo dia nuestro amigo pudo hacerse con este precioso macho poco antes de tener que volver a madrid. Una gran caceria con dos grandes cazadores y de norte a sur de españa cazando corzos, machos y rebecos. Dentro de poco estan de vuelta dando guerra!

Nuestra ultima parada fue en sierra nevada. Comenzamos subiendo temprano buscando uno de los grandes machos que teniamos localizado, tardamos todo el dia en encontrarlo, hasta que ya cuando el sol estaba cayendo, lo conseguimos localizar. Nos fuimos acercando poco a poco hasta que llegamos a un alto donde se sentia comodo, donde con dos tiros bien pegados pudimos hacernos con el. Precioso macho, viejo, gordo…

🇺🇸 The best part of guiding in Africa is having a family of clients like the ones I took hunting last month. The children were very well-behaved and incredibly interested in the wildlife and flora. They always had a smile on their faces, even though we had to wake up early every morning. 😂 The entire family was delighted and happy with the trip, especially with the hunting, as we obtained each trophy by stalking on every occasion.

I am immensely grateful to this wonderful family for allowing me to accompany them on this hunting adventure in Africa. It was a privilege to guide them and share unforgettable moments with them. 🔥

🇪🇸 Lo mejor de guiar en África es tener una familia de clientes como los que llevé el mes pasado a cazar. Los niños fueron muy educados y estaban super interesados en la fauna y la flora. Siempre tenían una sonrisa, a pesar de tener que levantarnos temprano cada mañana. 😂 Toda la familia quedó encantada y feliz con el viaje, especialmente con la cacería, ya que cada trofeo que logramos obtener en cada ocasión, fue recechando.

Agradezco enormemente a esta maravillosa familia por permitirme acompañarlos en esta aventura de caza en África. Fue un privilegio guiarlos y compartir momentos inolvidables con ellos. 🔥

🇺🇸Amazing experience hunting buffalos in Africa with bow an arrow. I shared this thrilling adventure with a dear Belgian friend, who was my client on this hunting trip. The shot was quite challenging, aiming from 30 meters, and tracking the animal filled every moment with excitement. I feel extremely proud to have undertaken this hunt and even more so, to have shared this one-of-a-kind experience with a friend. 🏹

🇪🇸 Increíble experiencia cazando búfalos en África con arco.
Compartí esta emocionante aventura con un buen amigo belga, quien fue mi cliente en este viaje de caza. El lance fue todo un reto, tirando a 30 metros, y el pistear al animal llenó de emoción cada momento. Me siento sumamente orgulloso de haber realizado esta cacería, y aún más, de haber compartido esta experiencia única con un amigo. 🏹

🇺🇸 I have had the opportunity to accompany three American couples on a wonderful trip. We have enjoyed it immensely. We went to Gredos for the ibex, to hunt roe deer, and explored tourist places. 📸

The company was fantastic, and we feel fortunate to have experienced the wonders of the culture and delicious Spanish cuisine during our time together.🥘

➡ 31st of July was the last day of the roe buck hunting season in Spain. It has been a very successful season. We were able to harvest over a dozen trophies, some of them with fantastic Quality and high scoring as well.
Spring hunts offer us the possibility of combining this fantastic tele hunts with chamois and ibex as well.

In this case, it was a highly rutted stag that gave us a hard time, as it didn’t offer a clear shot.
