Upcoming exhibition of Salvador Dali at Reina Sofia Museum Madrid

26th April - 2nd September 2013

At 26th of April 2013 the new exhibition of Salvador Dali will be presented at Reina Sofia Museum Madrid in collaboration with Centre George Pompidou in Paris.

The central part of the exhibition is the surrealist period which puts special emphasis on the paranoiac - critical method Dali use as a mechanism to transform and subvert reality. There are more than 200 exhibits like sculptures, pictures, drawings and photographs for example 'The Persistence of Memory' also known as the 'Melting clocks', 'Figure at a window' and Dali's final painting 'The Swallow's Tail'.

The exhibition is meant for a contribution to the reappraisal of Salvador Dali as a thinker, a writer and as a creator of a particular vision of the world.

IBEROTEAM informs you:
EUROPEAN AIRPORTS: Due to low visibility this morning, Frankfurt and Oslo airports are suffering high delays. Currently French ATC workers are operating normally.
ITALY: Alitalia workers threaten to strike on Friday 26th October, from 13.00 to 17.00 hours (local time). All Alitalia flights departing from Italian airports may be affected by the 4-hour work stoppage. Some airport security agents may also join the industrial action.
BELGIUM: Rail workers may strike on Monday 29th October and possibly on Tuesday 30thOctober. It is not clear if the industrial action would be a 24-hour or 48-hour strike.
JAMAICA: Tropical Storm Sandy is approaching the island forcing the closure of Kingston and Montego Bay airports.
If you are planning to fly to or from these destinations, we recommend that you check with your airline the status of your flight before heading to the airport terminal.

Iberoteam is the DMC who was selected by Turespaña to organize the upcoming FITUR Meetings & Events in Madrid, 24-25 june 2012!
It is the XIIIth edition of FITUR Meetings & Events (formerly called Fitur Congress) and will be dedicated to emerging markets.
During the last twelve editions this special trade fair dedicated to business travel was held previously to FITUR international tourism trade show in January. The decision to change the date to the beginning of summer was made in order to get together a more powerful setting of hosted buyers. 36 high-level hosted buyers from Asia, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Latinamerica will attend this year´s convention. The selection of the hosted buyers was undertaken by Tourespaña, who again cooperates in the trade show. The Spanish Convention Bureaux arranged the setting of the national vendors.
Not only the name and the date of the show changed, but this year will also include a brand new event format and dynamics, on purpose to benefit a maximum interaction between hosted buyers and vendors. Also there will we be a pre-tour in Madrid before the main convention and also a post-tour to Andalusia and Barcelona.

Lufthansa: New direct flights from Berlin to Spain
Lufthansa has launched new direct flights from Berlin to Barcelona, Málaga, Palma de Mallorca and Valencia.
Malaga and Valencia will have two weekly connections. To Palma de Mallorca are planned six flights a week and to Barcelona seven. In total will be offered from Spain 17 weekly flights to Berlin.
For this project, the airline positioned in the German capital 35 aircrafts of a modern fleet of the latest Airbus generation.
