Descripción del puesto:

Se trata de un puesto in situ a jornada completa con contrato indefinido de Técnico de Mantenimiento en Stayhost en Marbella. El personal de Mantenimiento será responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones, realizar reparaciones y mantenimiento preventivo, y asegurar que las propiedades estén en óptimas condiciones para la satisfacción de los huéspedes.

Requisitos:

•⁠ ⁠Conocimientos técnicos en electricidad, fontanería, carpintería y reparaciones generales.
•⁠ ⁠Capacidad de resolución de problemas para identificar y solucionar incidencias rápidamente.
•⁠ ⁠Atención al detalle para garantizar que todas las reparaciones y mantenimientos se realicen correctamente y de manera eficiente.
•⁠ ⁠Capacidad de organización para gestionar tareas múltiples y realizar un seguimiento del mantenimiento de varias propiedades.
•⁠ ⁠Trabajo en equipo, colaborando con otros departamentos como limpieza y atención al cliente para garantizar una experiencia de calidad para los huéspedes.

Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position on a permanent contract for a Maintenance Technician at Stayhost in Marbella. The Maintenance staff will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the facilities, carrying out repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensuring that the properties are in optimal condition for guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general repairs.
- Problem solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Attention to detail to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are carried out correctly and efficiently.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and keep track of the maintenance of multiple properties.
- Teamwork, collaborating with other departments such as housekeeping and customer service to ensure a quality guest experience.
