This fabulous Spanish villa and attached guesthouse with its secure gated entrance caters for all types of holidays - Families, large groups and corporate weekends. The villa comprises 4 SuperKing Bedrooms (all ensuite shower with the master bedroom incorporating a whirlpool bath bath). One of the king bedrooms also incorporates a twin pull out day-bed and there are also 2 number single beds avail
able where necessary. There is a large Living Room with Sky Television, Kitchen-Dining area fitted with all modern appliances, Laundry Room with Washing machine. Sliding glass doors from the Living area lead on to the fantastic spacious patio area which has a large dining table, BBQ area and sofas for lounging during siestas. The garden provides for a large group with its numerous sun loungers and large grass area, perfect for kids to play. Oranges, Limes, Lemons, Mangoes and Avocados fill the fruit trees. The adjoining self catering guesthouse sleeps up to 9 people. It has 4 private superking bedrooms and a small kitchen/dining area. As stated previously the villa has 4 Superking size bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a twin pull out bed allowing this room to sleep 4 if necessary. There are also 2 further single beds available for the villa if needed. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. I can aid with car hire/coach hire, travel advice...whatever your query...I would be pleased to help! Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of €1000 required together with rental payment, to be refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee required to secure booking with a further 25% due 2 months before travel with the remainder due 4 weeks before travel. If you are booking within 4-6 weeks of your travel date then you must pay in full to secure booking.

Huge breakfasts, lunches, dinners and bbqs are served at our large table beside the BBQ.
During the day my favourite place to chill out is laying on the sofas under the shaded terrace. It's the perfect outdoor hideaway after too much time in the sun.
It's also a great place to have a drink late at night by the lights of the pool whilst listening to the happy splashes of the midnight swimmers or dance the night away to your favourite beats 🤩
