As stated previously the villa has 4 Superking size bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a twin pull out bed allowing this room to sleep 4 if necessary. There are also 2 further single beds available for the villa if needed. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. Refundable breakages deposit of €1000 required together with rental payment, to be refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee required to secure booking with a further 25% due 2 months before travel with the remainder due 4 weeks before travel. If you are booking within 4-6 weeks of your travel date then you must pay in full to secure booking.
