Villa Guadalain is on the beautiful Spanish-style urbanisation of Guadalvillas. Perfect for family holidays, and set up for young children as well as adults, it is a large comfortable south facing villa within 5 minutes walk to the beach at San Pedro de Alcantara. Ample space for relaxing, dining and sunbathing, on both upper and lower terraces. Stunning views, barbecue and dining for 8 on the roof terrace . Direct access from our garden gate, to one of two full-sized beautiful communal pools and landscaped gardens from the very large private lower terrace. Well maintained, quiet residential development with villas only and 24 hour security on site. The house is fully air conditioned and there is heating in the winter. There is parking for 2 cars directly outside the villa. There is also wifi, satellite tv and the house is fully managed.

Villa Guadalain is 5 minutes walk to the beach. Nearby there are 3 beach restaurants, all with delicious food and ambience and many more within a few minutes walk. There is a beautiful wide beachside promenade that starts near the house and you can walk, run or cycle for miles through to Puerto Banus and Marbella with even more restaurants and places for coffees and drinks along the way.
The beach at San Pedro is beautiful, well maintained and clean with plenty of space to relax. There are many other beaches all along with coast.
San Pedro town is a typical working Spanish town and was once part of an ancient farming community famous for its sugar cane. The narrow streets, with their pavement cafes, bars and small shops add to the delightful atmosphere of this unspoilt Spanish pueblo. With many local well priced and good restaurants, you can find everything you need from supermarkets, ATM, pharmacies and shops. There is a local market that is well worth visiting every Thursday in the town.
Puerto Banús is an exclusive area surrounded by the sea with lovely beaches, lots of nightlife, restaurants and shopping possibilities. There is also a marina with many fabulous yachts moored.
Benahavis is a gastronomic village perched in the hills 10 minutes drive from Guadavillas. Picturesque and famous for its many amazing restaurants.
Marbella is a lovely old Spanish town with lots to see and do, restaurants, beaches and shops.
There are numerous world class golf courses and sporting facilities nearby and you are within easy driving distance of many historic and scenic Spanish towns and amazing countryside, including Malaga, Ronda, Gibraltar, Jerez, Seville, Granada and the White Villages.
