From yesterday’s flamenco performance in our village. Very good performance with a great team of guitarist and singer and very beautiful, deeply dramatic music, even though the music was too loud and the light setting just not good.

But then all of sudden this happened, a male dancer took the stage and performed this dance. Proud and masculine, but performing with such talent and commitment. I guess this is what they call the appearance of the “duende”. (soul in flamenco music). Absolutely stunning!!!

Excursion to the olive groves of Garden of Lemons near Granada. The picturesque ruins in the middle of this magnificent landscape belong to the olive grove and would make a great retreat centre in itself. But ok, back we went to our home at Garden of Lemons, some jumped in the pool others took a drink, and others simply chilled 😎…

Tomorrow is the first day of the spring season at Garden of Lemons - with a great bunch of people from Denmark coming together for a week of outdoor activities in this fabulous area of Andalusia, the Lecrín Valley close to Granada.
Weather is perfect these days and the nature seems to explode after weeks of rain and even snow in the mountains around. Now all is peaceful and bursting with flower power!
