Bruschette med svampe og parmesan
Et stykke ristet brød toppet med stegte champignon, krydderurter og parmesan smager vidunderligt. Og i efteråret kan du eks perimentere med forskellige svampe i sæson som Karl Johan, trompetsvampe og kantareller. Champignon fungerer dog fint, og ledsaget af revet parmesan og rosmarin løftes skiven af brød uden problemer til himmels!
4 PERS.
2 spsk olivenolie
250 g svampe, skåret i skiver
salt
friskkværnet peber
1 fed hvidløg, fintrevet
25 g oliven, hakkede, eller
1 spsk kapers
1⁄2 tsk frisk rosmarin, finthakket
1 spsk rødvinseddike
25 g revet parmesan
Servering
4 skiver brød, helst ristet surdejsbrød
olivenolie parmesan, flager
Varm en tykbundet pande op med olivenolie, og steg svampene ved så høj varme, at de giver en hvislende lyd fra sig. De skal stege og ikke koge.
Tilsæt salt og peber, og vend det hele rundt nogle gange under- vejs.
Tilsæt hvidløg, hakkede oliven eller kapers samt rosmarin, og lad svampene stege, til de er gyldne.
Tilsæt eddike til panden, og vend den revne parmesan i, mens blandingen er varm.
Server på ristet brød, dryp med lidt olivenolie, og drys nogle eks- tra flager parmesan over. Server med det samme.

Inspecting two of our olive groves 🫒🫒🫒- these ones are in Nigüelas, in the Valledelecrin and are beautifully taken care of by our gardner Pepe, who clearly knows what to do. The about 1.200 trees clearly thrive and even last years 200 new planted trees have grown considerably in less than a year. It’s a pure joy to be part of - and in about two years time, the entire production will be certified as ecological. 🕊️🕊️🕊️

Last day at the Asturian coast in Northern Spain. What stunning landscape!
This morning it was raining…..again, as it does so often in this part of the country. No wonder it is lush and green wherever you look. This is an area that has kept its integrity, partly because only few foreigners find their way. A destination, that is definitely highly recommended!

Jeg, Birgitte, står for yoga morgen samt eftermiddag og er til rådighed under hele retreatet. Som yogaterapeut, har jeg også fokus på enetime/1:1 som supplement til fællestimerne.
Vores værter er Henrik og Ingo, de står for forplejning, gode snakke, vandretur og alt andet praktisk.
Herudover er dygtige Antonio tilknyttet som fast massør.

Nu får du chancen for at opleve Garden of Lemons helt uden at deltage i et kursus!!
På opfordring fra mange af vores gæster åbner vi refugiet for at give mulighed for på “egen hånd” at nyde stedet, suge til sig af en enestående sensommer-energi, – og hvor I selv bestemmer hvad der skal ske!
Man kan vælge at fylde ugen med at male, at dyrke yoga og mindfulness, at læse, at skrive eller at begive sig ud på de herligste vandreture. Eller måske ganske enkelt blot at nyde roen og skønheden, ligge omkring poolen eller nyde en drink.
Der er yogamåtter og male/skriveborde på stedet, og vi tilbyder køkkenworkshops under Henriks ledelse og turmuligheder for de vandrelystne med Ingo som guide. I løbet af ugen organiserer vi udflugter i nærområdet, til kysten, til Sierra Nevada bjergene og til Granada. Udflugterne er frivillige og vil tilpasses jeres ønsker .

This week is meant for everyone who wants to experience the beauty and the spirit of the retreat centre “Garden of Lemons” with its unique gardens, it’s tranquility and food.
There’s no program for this retreat, but during the week there’ll be offered 2 kitchen workshops and 2 hikes and a trip to Granada. A great Spanish masseur offers to give a massage at the centre and there’s plenty of possibilities for painting, writing, reading, walking, swimming, yogaing, drinking, eating, talking, relaxing and simply having a good time….!

Ok, kind of noisy and dusty, but this shredder is sooooo effective cutting mountains of branches from olive- and other trees.
