Villa Casa Blanca - Menorca

We are pleased to advise that the villa now has Air Conditioning in each of the 3 bedrooms. (The AC units include a heating setting).
Also, we have new sofas, new dining table and chairs, new single mattresses, a new fridge freezer, a new washing machine and new sunbeds & covers.
And for those chilly late late season evenings, we installed a woodburner in the lounge.

The photos on the page will be updated as soon as the cosmetic updates, painting and plasterwork, inside and out, have been completed around the end of November 2023.

We have availability on the following dates for 2024
May 4th to May 14th
May 22nd through to August 3rd
August 10th to August 17th

I am just trying to gauge an interest at the moment.
In August 2026, (yes 3 years time), there will be a total solar eclipse visible from Menorca.
How would an eclipse party grab you at a private villa with pool and roof terrace?
Maybe you are a family of enthusiasts that would relish the opportunity?
Or how about the idea of sharing the experience with maybe 2 other couples or 3 or 4 individuals all sharing the same interest in the eclipse?
It may be some time away but once this becomes common knowledge, I would think that the island will get booked up very quickly.
I would appreciate any feedback.
