🏰 Ksars and Kasbahs: Part 3 - Kasbah des Caids

In our final post on Ksars & Kasbahs, we’ll venture off the beaten path to explore the Kasbah des Caids in Agdz. A hidden gem with a deep family legacy, this kasbah was built at the beginning of the 16th century in Draa Valley. It was the Administrative and Residential kasbah for the Leaders of the Mezguita tribe and is still run by his descendants. As you step inside, you’ll discover a world untouched by time, where you can experience the intimate charm of Morocco’s nomadic heritage. Kasbah des Caids has been featured in movies such as Babel, The Prince of Persia, and The Mummy.
