🍞✨ Ever heard of torrijas? 😍

They soak thick slices of bread in warm milk with cinnamon, sugar, and citrus zest… then dip them in egg, fry them up golden, and finish with sugar, honey, or even wine syrup. Soft in the middle, crispy on the edges, and totally addictive.

Traditionally eaten during Semana Santa (Holy Week), but honestly… we could eat these any time. 😋
