Holiday rental in Spain.
Come and relax in the heart of the Spanish countryside amidst the stunning mountain landscape of Fortuna in Murcia. The Haven will provide you with all you need for an unforgettable holiday. The villa will enable you to swim in a beautiful setting with the glorious sunshine all day or relax with a drink under the pergola in the shade.
Our villa is tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax by our 10x5m pool and take in the mountain views. Ample space in the garden for sunbathing and for the little ones to run around. Inflatables for the pool are provided. Enjoy a BBQ in the shaded dining area.
The villa offers a spacious living area. 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. The family bedroom sleeps 2, the beds can be set up as singles or a super king, just let me know which you prefer. There is a travel cot on request. Open the sliding doors onto a seated patio area which leads to the pool.
Bedroom 2 is a double.
The 3rd bedroom can be set up as 2 singles or a super king. All bedding and towels are provided. The large kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and large fridge freezer. There are 2 shower rooms.
We offer off road parking. Free fast Wi-Fi. English TV, film channels, sports. Board games, cards, dominoes. Xbox 360 with a few games.
Your hosts Lesley & Warren live in the apartment above and will be on hand to help with any queries or guidance, as well as local information. A welcome pack of essentials will be provided (tea, coffee, milk, bread, jam, marmalade). Your hosts will be easy to find in their private area at the back of the villa.
Experience real Spain. The Haven in El Reloj which is a small urbanisation on the outskirts of Fortuna is a typical Spanish town. There are a number of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies, children's play area and a lovely church.
This idyllic location offers a range of activities from relaxing by the pool, mountain hikes, strolling along the canals or through the surrounding lemon and orange groves. With the vast choice of mountains this area is a cyclists haven. It is a 5 minute drive to the motorway, head north to Alicante or south to Murcia where you can experience more adventurous activities such as go-karting, water parks, quad biking or white-water rafting all within an hours drive.
The urbanisation is in a rural area and a car is essential.
Alicante and Murcia airports are the same distance from The Haven, giving you a wider choice of when to travel.
The fee for the apartment is from £87 per night.
