Located in the popular area of Capistrano in Nerja, you find this luxury renovated villa that is something out of the ordinary. Very tasteful with exclusive materials in both the interior-design and furnitures. Here you get Extra Everything!

The residence offers an air-conditioned accommodation with a private heated pool in the garden. To the town center of Nerja and the "Balcon de Europa" it is 2 km and to the main beach "Playa de Burriana" only 1,2 km. The grocery stores Mercadona and Carrefour are both within easy reach, about 250 meters from the property.

The Capistrano area facilities with pool area, bar and restaurant are also just around the corner. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is a gasgrill on the terrace that invites you to gather. Either at the dining area, the built-in lounge sofa or at the bar.

The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, all of which have "en suite" bathrooms with shower and toilet. They are all located one floor up. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a guest toilet, a well-proportioned living room with a view of the terrace and the sea. As well a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Everything in an open plan. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and a dishwasher etc. In the living room there is a sofa group, TV and a sound-system.

OUR OFFER
Marketing: We do a professional photo shoot, a selling advertisement and make your property visible on the leading booking sites.
Bookings: We take care of all incoming bookings and manage the calendar, as well as register the guests' passports with the police according to current regulations.
Rental service: Before each new arrival, we make sure that it is well cleaned and that the bed linen/towels are washed. As well as personal key service.
We also have on-call service if something unforeseen occur.

ABOUT US
Madeleine has previously worked as a flight attendant at TUI, but is also a trained broker and has worked for both Skandiamäklarna and Bjurfors. Henrik has extensive experience in customer relations within marketing and sales, most recently as a decorator at Tapetmagasinet in Gothenburg. Homestyling are close to our hearts and since a few years ago we live in a villa here in Nerja with our two dogs. We also own a house in Burriana which we rent out regularly. We both have good experience in taking care of guests and the desire is always to exceed the customer's expectations. Therefore, we will take care of your property in the same dedicated way as if it were our own.
