Nerja Town Hall has recently released the attached information which confirms that inbound tourist travel using airlines is unrestricted within Andalucia. However onward travel (ie outside of Malaga province should only be for essential reasons). Shortly the Spanish Government will be announcing the details of their free healthcare insurance for all Tourists (effective January 2021).
