This 4-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people - perfect for bringing family and friends together. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating with individual settings, a washing machine as well as a TV with IPTV Box.

Den här lägenheten ligger centralt, men har ändå MAGISK utsikt från de båda balkongerna, liksom från lägenheten. Är just nu ledig mellan: 19/7 och 13/8. Två sovrum, hissar finns i byggnaden, Pool vid markplanet, 200 m från Playa Torrecilla och alla restauranger är inom promenad avstånd. Det tar fem minuter att promenera till Balcon de Europa, Nerjas centrala puls. Alla bekämligheter i lgh, diskmaskin, WiFi, IPTV, aircon etc. Går att boka via länk, eller direkt med mig, då till ett något lägre pris! Vid två fulla veckor, eller mer, ger jag rabatt på veckopriset, som i PEAK season (Juli-Aug) är 950 EUR.
