💎Nice looking tile that looks like wood floor but makes it easy to sweep sand and cools on a hot summer day

🚪Customizations like white doors and white closets to keep the apartment brighter and more modern

❄️Air conditioning

⏲Many top of the line (eg Miele) appliances

🛌Comfy duvets for cozy sleeps even during colder nights

🏊‍♂️Access to a pool, not just the beach, from all our apartments

🔪A well stocked kitchen

🧖‍♀️Good quality towels, sheets and in most apartments, beach towels

All in all, a way to spend time off (or even working remotely) in a pleasant, comfortable and clean environment- and of course with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean!
