It is about 5 minutes’ drive from the main town of Órgiva, where there are full amenities, such as supermarkets, shops, banks, tapas bars, restaurants, and a 24 hour emergency medical centre.

It is a terraced villa built in the traditional Alpujarran style, consisting of 5 separate air-conditioned and centrally heated apartments and two swimming pools. The views are stunning; to the south over the town of Órgiva and the Sierra de Lújar down to the Mediterranean; to the north and east towards La Alpujarra and the Sierra Nevada mountains.
