Casa Juma is een juist gerenoveerde gelijkvloers appartement in het Vistabella Golf complex. Het is gelegen in Orihuela vlakbij Torrevieja/Alicante in het zuiden van de Costa Blanca. U landt op de luchthaven van Alicante of Murcia. Vanaf de luchthaven van Alicante duurt de autorit ongeveer 40 minuten, vanaf Murcia 50 minuten. Het complex biedt u een gemeenschappelijk zwembad, verschillende restaurants/bars, kleine supermarkt, apotheek, voldoende parkeerruimte, paddelterreinen en een prachtig golfterrein met 18 holes. De dichtstbijzijnde stranden zijn amper op 15 à 20 minuten rijden gelegen. Ook de meer bekende toeristische steden zoals Torrevieja, Alicante, Murcia en Benidorm liggen op korte rijafstand van Vistabella Golf. Ons appartement is geschikt voor 4 à 6 personen. Wij beschikken over 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer. De twee slaapkamers zijn uitgerust van een tweepersoonsbed (180x200) met ingebouwde kasten. De bedden zijn steeds opgemaakt bij aankomst.
De badkamer beschikt over een bad, een lavabo, toilet, handdoeken en haardroger.
In de ruime woonkamer heeft u een TV, een salontafel en een zetel die omgevormd kan worden tot een comfortabele slaapzetel. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met microgolf, oven, kookplaat, frigo met vriesvak, vaatwas en koffiezetapparaat.
Het appartement beschikt ook over een veranda, eveneens uitgerust met een eettafel.
In de berging vind u een wasmachine, een droogrek en een stofzuiger.
Het terras beschikt over een tafel met 6 stoelen om samen te kunnen genieten van een verfrissend aperitiefje en de lekkere tapas die deze schitterende regio u te bieden heeft.
In het hele appartement is er WiFi en airconditioning aanwezig die zorgt voor verkoeling in de zomer en verwarming in de winter.

Casa Juma est un appartement récemment rénové au rez-de-chaussée du complexe Vistabella Golf. Il est situé à Orihuela, près de Torrevieja/Alicante, dans le sud de la Costa Blanca. Vous atterrissez à l'aéroport d'Alicante ou de Murcie. Depuis l'aéroport d'Alicante, le trajet en voiture dure environ 40 minutes, et depuis Murcia, 50 minutes. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine commune, de plusieurs restaurants/bars, d'un petit supermarché, d'une pharmacie, d'un grand parking, des terrains de paddle et d'un magnifique terrain de golf de 18 trous. Les plages les plus proches sont à peine à 15-20 minutes en voiture. Notre appartement peut accueillir 4 à 6 personnes. Nous disposons de 2 chambres et d'une salle de bains. Les deux chambres sont équipées d'un lit double (180x200) avec des armoires encastrées. Les lits sont toujours faits à l'arrivée.
La salle de bain est équipée d'une baignoire, d'un lavabo, d’une toilette, de serviettes et d'un sèche-cheveux.
Le salon spacieux est équipé d'une télévision, d'une table basse et d'un canapé convertible en lit confortable. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un micro-ondes, un four, une plaque de cuisson, un réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélateur, un lave-vaisselle et une cafetière.
L'appartement dispose également d'une véranda, elle aussi équipée d'une table à manger.
Dans le débarras, vous trouverez un lave-linge, un séchoir et un aspirateur.
La terrasse dispose d'une table avec 6 chaises pour organiser un apéritif convivial et déguster les délicieuses tapas que cette région peut nous offrir.

Casa Juma is a newly renovated ground-floor flat in the Vistabella Golf complex. It is located in Orihuela near Torrevieja/Alicante in southern Costa Blanca. You will land at either Alicante or Murcia airport. From Alicante airport, the car journey takes about 40 minutes, from Murcia 50 minutes. The complex offers a communal swimming pool, several restaurants/bars, small supermarket, pharmacy, ample parking, paddle courts and a beautiful 18-hole golf course. The nearest beaches are barely a 15-20-minute drive away. More famous tourist cities such as Torrevieja, Alicante, Murcia and Benidorm are also a short drive from Vistabella Golf. Our flat is suitable for 4 to 6 people. We have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (180x200) with built-in wardrobes. The beds are always made up on arrival.
The bathroom has a bath, sink, toilet, towels and hairdryer.
In the spacious living room you have a TV, a coffee table and a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee maker.
The apartment also has a veranda, also equipped with a dining table.
In the storage room you will find a washing machine, drying rack and vacuum.
The terrace has a table with 6 chairs to enjoy refreshing drinks and tapas the region has to offer.
There is WiFi throughout the flat and air conditioning that provides cooling in summer and heating in winter.
