This spacious apartment has a fantastic wrap around balcony. It is also within a secure gated community with a pool. You can also enjoy sunbathing from the spacious rooftop solarium.
The ground floor apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom and sleeps six comfortably. You can also enjoy satellite TV, Wifi connection and aircon
The Award winning La Zenia Beach is close by along with bars, shops and restaurants on your door step. The La Zenia Boulevard is only 500 metres, the boulevard is the largest in Alicante and boasts a large array of shops and restaurants, with plenty for the kids too with a bowling alley, amusements and a fountain area where the children can play. There are numerous supermarkets in close vicinity
For golf enthusiasts, the Costa Blanca offers great courses & there is a golf shop that can arrange all your golfing needs at a very reasonable price.

La Zenia is a short distance from Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca.
A car is not necessary, however should you decide to rent a car there is parking facilities.
Airport transfers can also be arranged.

A cleaning fee of €60 is not included in the prices below and is payable on receipt of the keys.
A travel cot is included in the price and there is one buggy available.
A deposit of €100 is also payable and will be returned after the property has been inspected.
There is a minimum stay policy of 3 days
