Our first Suntri camp in Mallorca this year is in full swing. Athletes not only get to see the best of the island, but also learn a lot about all that Triathlon entails and what to consider when training for their own specific goals. With experienced coaches Steffi Steinberg ,Melanie Baumann and Gerry Steinbergleading the camp, athletes can profit in many ways beyond just simple swim, bike and run, like Q&A’s about technique, nutrition, racing, diagnostics/lab testing, mental aspects, injury prevention and health in general.
