Here are two of the best spots to see the city !

- open 24/24
- It’s in a kind of castel
- in the old town

🔶Ciudadela de Pamplona
- open until 7:30 am to 9:30 pm
- Pentagonal fortress built in the 16th century, with exhibition halls and public green space.

Besides the local Spanish food you will try Basque cuisine, which you will love for sure! 🤤😍

✨Pintxos✨
They are your must-have in Bilbao. Although they are similar to tapas, generally speaking, pintxos are smaller. The name comes from the Spanish verb “pinchar” meaning to poke or stab. Historically, pintxos used to be served on a small slice of bread and have a toothpick piercing them through the middle

Cogollos de tudela: 💚🥬
Its subtle bitter taste and crunchy texture are perfect to create recipes that make Navarrese gastronomy one of the most renowned and acclaimed in our country.

Lamb Txillindron: 🤩
Lamb is really popular in basque country in the springtime. Txilindron sauce is also the name of a card game where players compete for a combination of 3 cards. The dish is a combination of 3 flavored ingredients : lamb, dried pepper and potatoes.

Ajoarriero: 🐟
This bacalao ajoarriero from Navarre is one of the easiest and most delicious codfish to prepare. It can be prepared with little effort using only quality ingredients.
A traditional dish that is always a perfect way to enjoy the gastronomy of Navarre.
