Lovely villa with everything we needed and more. Fantastic spacious pool. Great local area with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. Thank you Jeff and Sherie for all your help and sharing your villa with us.

Highly recommend!
This is the 2nd year in a row we have been here and as before had a fantastic holiday. This villa is amazing, has lots of space and everything you could wish for, including all the extras that make it so special. Also, give Savannah a try, a newly opened bar and restaurant this year, just a short walk away at the end of the road. We had a couple of great meals here . Thanks once again Jeff and Sherie for sharing your home and we hope to be back in the future.

As previous reviews have said this villa is a real home from home. Jeff and Sherie have thought of everything that you could possibly need for your holiday. The communication beforehand is excellent and makes it very easy to get your holiday off to the best possible start. We thoroughly enjoyed the area, it is very quiet however just a short walk you will find around 6 restaurants and bars which mean that you do not always need a car. Would recommend Savannah which is just minutes from the villa and also “The View cocktail bar” which is very welcoming and reasonable. There is also a supermarket and Iceland 2 mins walk from the villa. We had no problems on our holiday however it is helpful to know that Jeff and Sherie own the villa next door and were there when we were so if we needed anything they were on hand. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and hope to be lucky enough to come back in the future.

A weeks holiday with the Grandchildren.
We found the villa to be very clean and comfortable. It had all you required and more for your holiday. We were within walking distance to all amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Home from home
This villa truly has a home from home feel. The Property benefits from having three unexpectedly large bedrooms the master having a large balcony. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and luxury bedding and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. The two bathrooms have showers with a bath. I was very impressed with the shower pressure it felt like having a head massage! 😀�. The property has numerous areas to sit outside, and felt really spacious inside and out. Whether you want a family holiday Or a luxurious break in the sunshine this villa simply delivers on all fronts. The owners a easily contactable and attended to all needs speedily. Don’t hesitate book now.

Fabulous relaxing family holiday with everything we needed.

We had two fantastic weeks in the villa, relaxing in the sun, dipping in the pool and having BBQ's. Everything we needed and more was provided, starting with a few nice surprises on arrival! During our stay the only thing we couldn't find was a cool bag. We emailed Jeff & Sherrie and within a couple of hours a new coolbag with blocks was hand delivered by one of the friendly neighbours. Extremely satisfied with the speedy response and the coolbag was certainly put to good use on days at the beach. Just a short drive away, we thoroughly enjoyed all the beaches in Torre de la Horadada and having a drink in the numerous "chiringuito's" on the beach which are all good and reasonably priced. It was an added bonus that there are two supermarkets within walking distance. We enjoyed an early evening walk up to friendly local bars and restaurants on occasions, though the generous proportions of the villa were great for us allowing our teenage girls (and us) space for themselves, we didn't mind staying in! We would love to stay at the villa again and would recommend to friends and family.

Stunning holiday home!

Just one word is needed to describe this villa, Wow! Everything you can think you might need and more is here, including a Nespresso coffee machine that got a lot of use during our stay. The villa is spacious, clean and tidy and there was more than enough room for us with 3 kids all wanting their own space. Plenty of outside sitting areas and the pool is superb, as is the brick barbecue!

Amenities are within walking distance, a well stocked Spar and Iceland plus several restaurants and bars, although a car is recommended to explore the area. A trip to Torrevieja ‘Hippy’ market is recommended if you don’t mind the crowds!

The owners, Jeff and Sherie were fantastic, very friendly and helpful at all times. You have a fantastic place and thank you so much for such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We’ll definitely be back!

for the last 5 years we have stayed in various villas and i would like to say by far this is the best villa we have stayed in , everything you need is there you dont even have to bring beach towels as they provide them , dyson hairdryers in each bedroom = bad idea as now my partner wants me to but her one , walking distance to local store and bars / resturants , we went to the beach a few times and as no car taxi was 15 euro's each way so not to bad , well worth a visit !!!!!

Often you here that everything you need is supplied but it really is, including to our delight dyson hairdryers! The owners were extremely helpful and friendly from the minute we enquiried about the booking to the day we left. A fabulous holiday, thank you so much.

Wonderful stay for our second visit. Relaxing holiday in a truly comfortable villa. Nothing to worry about, only needed to bring clothes because everything is provided. Lots of places to eat out if wanted, or barbecue by the pool, even in May. Really friendly neighbours. Convenient for shopping. Children's playground over the road. Easy to find. Bars far enough away to be easy to walk to without being a nuisance. Can't think of any negatives at all. My only reservation in recommending this villa is that it is already difficult to get a booking as so many others keep coming back too. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Beautiful, child friendly!

Beautiful Villa.
Plus points:
- Decent size pool
- Pool is fenced off and secured with a lockable gate. This was great for not having to worry about the kids (2 and 4yrs old)
- plenty of sunbeds
- 3 good size bedrooms, 2 doubles, 1 twin and 2 good bathrooms both with shower and bath.
- Spar, Waitrose and Iceland 2 minute walk away and a bargain shop for all the inflatables!
- Small kitchen with everything you need including a coffee machine which was well used!
- Numerous children's parks and restaurants close by
- Locals all friendly
- Owners very accommodating with requests and information great once booked.
Negatives
Not many really. We flew to Alicante and hired cars. Murcia is MUCH closer!
Would definitely go again.

A real home from home!

The villa was absolutely lovely and well placed to enjoy the local places of interest. There were so many nice touches around the villa and we felt at home instantly. The pool area was a great sun trap and although the pool looked so inviting - sadly I don't think March is swimming temperatures!!
Everything from furnishings to the treats in the fridge and the resourceful gadgets in every room made it a pleasure. I think the owners are so kind to provide such excellent amenities - far more than we have experienced in other villas in the past. Although we are planning to buy a villa in the area I think just returning to Jeff and Sherie's might be a better plan!!
