I decided to start up my own holiday lettings business, so here I am offering beautiful holiday villas on the lovely island of Lanzarote.

This property in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, is one of our jewels in the crown with stunning unobscured view of the nearby mountains, and suitable for a party of up to 10. You could be staying here from just £24 PP per night (low season maximum occupancy).

Oliver's villa is set on a 500m2 corner plot, A recently restyled sophisticated luxury self catering villa, ultra-modern in design, close to the beach with lovely distant views of the sea and mountains.
The villa has 2 gardens, the south facing pool garden has a huge terrace and a large private heated swimming pool, perfect for non swimmers and children as the pool also has a shallow end with steps leading into it. .

The modern sitting room is a perfect haven in which to kick back and relax whether it's just the two of you enjoying a romantic break or you’re sharing the space with family and friends, this holiday home is perfect for a lovely special holiday; big on space, light, modernist style and comfort. It has 5 superb bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Equipped with the vast array of modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and sound system. At mealtimes, gather in the spacious dining room.

In the corner of the Pool garden is a large whirlpool bath which has seating for 6 adults. Also in this garden is a Mediterranean brick BBQ, perfect for those summer barbecues.

The lower Patio Garden is surrounded by Canary Islands black volcanic rock wall and has steps leading up to the pool terrace. Relax on this terrace, sunbath or have a game of pool. Have lunch on the kitchen terrace, which has a table and seating for 10 people.

Playa Dorada beach, Playa Blanca is just a 5 minute drive from the villa. Pack a cool-box with a picnic and plenty of drinks; you won’t want to move once you get there. A crescent of fine, white sand sheltered by cliffs, a most beautiful beach on Lanzarote. Sunbathe, swim and snorkel. Gaze across the sea to Fuerteventura.

Villa Montaña is a beautiful large villa on three floors, huge bedrooms. complemented by a large kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area.

At the top of the villa there is one bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite (walk in shower) it also has a very large terrace.

On the middle floor there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed with its own en-suite and patio doors that lead out to the garden from the bedroom.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed and a separate bathroom with a bath and shower over.
The middle floor also offers a large fully equipped kitchen and separate lounge and dining room.
The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, built in microwave, coffee machine, kettle, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a kitchen island with four bar stools, high quality Silestone worktops and black gloss units.
The lounge has three large comfy sofas and a large flat screen TV, the perfect setting for watching the big game or the latest movies with your friends and family. it also has a stereo system.

The lower floor has two large bedrooms.
The first bedroom has three single beds, bedside cabinets and wardrobes. The second bedroom has a king size bed and large private terrace with further seating (two chairs and a table) and a rattan swing chair.
On this floor there are two further bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other with a bath tub and shower over.
Also on this floor in the communal area there is table football, a pool table and darts.

One of the best things about staying in a villa is that you don’t have to share the pool with dozens of strangers – instead, you have the pool all to yourself. This pool features a shallow section for the kids or for non swimmers. This villa also has an an open-air hot tub.
The private garden is equipped with sunshades and plenty of garden furniture, 10 sun loungers and 3 dining areas. A great BBQ to use or why not hire a private chef to cook for you and wash-up as well.

Villa Montaña is only a 20 minute flat walk to the beautiful Playa Dorada beach in Playa Blanca or 5 mins by car. The beach has been awarded on various occasions for its beauty, a peaceful and pleasant spot and is an ideal place for the whole family to relax in. The beach access is wheelchair and pushchair accessible via a ramp.
