The villa is beautifully appointed and provides ideal accommodation for families or groups.

Access to the property is via a long driveway from a cul-de-sac, bordered by a lava rock garden on one side and mature garden on the other.

Our great family villa, Villa Frederico!

The interior of Villa has been finished to an excellent standard, with tasteful decor and spacious surroundings.

The villa has a large private terrace and garden area, off road parking and private heated swimming pool. FREE WIFI AVAILABLE Each room has been painted with a different colour and warm atmosphere.

All furnishings are of a high standard: this includes fully fitted modern kitchen (coffee machine), luxurious leather seating in living area.

This Villa is set back from the main road that runs along the beach front of Puerto del Carmen.

It is situated close to all amenities but very private and secluded. Only a 3 minute walk from the long stretches of beaches Los Pocillos area of Puerto Del Carmen.

Our services include

Property Maintenance: We have a maintenance person who is available 24/7, emergency out of hours are covered should there be any issues that need to be dealt with as a matter of urgency. Our Property Maintenance Technician completes checks to ensure that bulbs and electrics are all in proper working condition and also that the general upkeep of the property is prioritised. Water and weather damage as well as wear and tear from general use is reported to office immediately.

We also have a Pool Technician and a Gardener employed as part of our team, ensuring all of your property needs are met.
