Our Property Maintenance Technician completes checks to ensure that bulbs and electrics are all in proper working condition and also that the general upkeep of the property is prioritised. Water and weather damage as well as wear and tear from general use is reported to office immediately.
We also have a Pool Technician and a Gardener employed as part of our team, ensuring all of your property needs are met.

We do a meet and greet service and offer a welcome pack to your guests. We also visit at the end of your guests stay to wish them well and enquire about their experience in your property. We offer feedback to you the owner when needed and improve services if anything is brought to our attention.
Guest Registrations: We will take care of the completing of Guardia Civil forms for you.

Villa Anni-lee is a superb villa with a private pool and whirlpool bath plus a pool and table tennis table. Located on the outskirts of the Canarian town of Tias, which is located inland but only a 10 minute drive to the tourist resort of Puerto Del Carmen.
Our holiday rental villa in Tias offers many outstanding and unusual features and provides all the comforts of a home away from home.
Through the main entrance is the attractive,fully furnished lounge where one wall is covered in stone with lighted alcoves.
A fully equipped large designer kitchen and utility room lead from the lounge. Also on this level are 2 bedrooms (1 Double/1 Twin), both of which look onto the pool and garden. These share a a beautifully fitted bathroom created in volcanic stone with twin basin, bath/shower, bidet and toilet.
Beneath the decorative wooden stairs is an interior garden enhanced by indirect lighting, surrounded by volcanic stone, creating a typical Audalucian atmosphere.
On the upper floor approaching the master bedroom, is a further sitting area leading onto a balcony which overlooks the pool and terrace areas.
The master bedroom has a fully fitted bathroom en-suite where once again volcanic stone has been used to feature an interior garden.
Ground floor accommodation consists of a shady covered terrace at the entrance to the villa, with dining and seating area.
The spacious heated swimming pool has wading steps and is surrounded by a colourful plant and cactus gardens providing a wonderful setting in which to relax. The sun terraces features a poolside bar and covered BBQ area with fridge and extra seating.
There is plenty of padded sunbeds and patio furniture and a shady ceramic parasol area. The villa also has a Hot Tub and Pool Table by the pool where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine. WI Fi available free of charge.
Only a ten-minute drive from the beaches and resort of Puerto Del Carmen, the villa is approached through a flower lined drive and large iron gates. Attractive white ballastrading enhances the extensive grounds and upper level of the villa.
In the village of Tias, which is approximately 7 kilometres from the main tourist resort of Puerto Del Carmen and 5 kilometres from Arrecife Airport, you will find a supermarket, shops, good local restaurants, tapas bars, bakery, and taxi rank. Maid service and linen change weekly. There is a total of 1 dining room -one outdoor under covered patio area.
