About Us:
Villa Alexia, was previously named Alexia Apartments. In 2016 it became a family business and for us, as an in house architect and a designer, "our own white canvas" to care for and embellish with commitment and enthusiasm. Trip advisor has awarded us the Certificate of Excellence in 2017, and award we are proud of and wish to maintain.
We continue in the process of gradually refreshing, updating and constantly adding charm to its present calming atmosphere but, above all, we aim to augment our guests’ pleasurable and memorable holiday experience while in the beautiful island of Mallorca.
About our Property: Villa Alexia is one of the most popular and relaxed properties in Puerto Pollensa. With only 10 self catering apartments spread over 3 floors guests have the chance to become independent and at peace. All of the suites are bright, simple, comfortable and nicely furnished. They are open plan, centrally air conditioned and have their own kitchen or kitchenette, a dining area, a bedroom or two with single beds and a wardrobe. The living areas have a sofa bed that pulls out into two single beds, a flat screen satellite TV with free UK channels, free Wi-Fi connection, and a full bathroom with bathtub hairdryer and bidet. All suites have terrace/balconies furnished with table and chairs, fantastic for romantic dinners and relaxing while overlooking the pool and garden. Our property stands in a small serene private garden with its own good size L-shaped swimming pool with a 80cm depth aside for kids, a roomy sun terrace with plenty of sun beds, a BBQ facility and free parking. Being an exclusive garden and pool area only for our guests, keeps it very quiet and peaceful. Conveniently located just a short three-minute stroll from the supermarket and only ten minutes walk from the wide sandy beach and in an area where the beaches are second to none. Acerca de nuestra propiedad: Villa Alexia es una de las propiedades más populares que comprende de sólo diez apartamentos con cocina, repartidos en 3 plantas . Todas las suites son luminosas, sencillas, cómodas y bien amuebladas. Son de planta abierta , aire acondicionado central y tienen su propia cocina o zona de cocina , un comedor , un dormitorio o dos con camas individuales y un armario. Las zonas de estar cuentan con un sofá cama que se saca en dos camas individuales, TV vía satélite de pantalla plana con canales gratuitos Reino Unido, conexión Wi -Fi gratuita y un baño completo con bañera secador de pelo y bidet. Todas las suites tienen terraza / balcón amueblado con mesa y sillas , fantástico para cenas románticas y relajantes , mientras que con vistas a la piscina y jardín. Nuestra soleada propiedad se encuentra en un pequeño y sereno jardín privado con su propia piscina de buen tamaño en forma de L , y con una profundidad de 80 cm de lado para los niños, también tiene una terraza espaciosa para tomar sol con muchas reposeras . Hay una barbacoa para todos y aparcamiento gratuito. Siendo un exclusivo jardín y piscina sólo para nuestros huéspedes , se mantiene muy tranquilo y pacífico . Convenientemente ubicada a sólo un paseo de tres minutos del supermercado y sólo a diez minutos caminando de una zona donde las playas son insuperables .
