Located in Playa La Arena located in Puerto de Santiago, western cost of Tenerife. This private 3 bedroom villa with a private pool has extensive beautiful sea views and is only a 40 minute drive from the South Airport. The villa is a short 2 minute walk from the volcanic black sands of Playa la Arena beach, and the promenade Maritime de Puerto Santiago with shops, supermarkets, restaurants and ca

fes. We are a 5 minute drive from a large Mercadona and LIDL supermarket. If sports are your interest, 200m away is a sports complex with gym, classes, spin bikes, tennis courts and a 25m swimming pool. In addition there are also local yoga classes on the beach and are at the start of the famous 'Playa La Arena to Teide' bicycle route. Ground Floor has an entrance hall leading to a small cloakroom and a large open plan area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with Fridge/Freezer, cooker, hob and breakfast bar. Dining area has a dining table, with a large lounge area with two sofas and large smart TV with access to Spanish TV and online content (Disney +, Prime, Netflix). The large doors in the lounge lead to the terrace area, providing spectacular sea views, an outside dining and seating area. This leads down to an enclosed private heated pool, patio, sun area and BBQ. There is a bedroom on this level with a king size (150 cm) memory foam bed and en suite that is rented as a 4th bedroom, with prior agreement. The bottom level leads to newly refurbished family bathroom, a laundry room with washing machine and three further bedrooms.
- Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom, with a super king (180 cm) memory foam bed with an en suite shower room, with free standing wardrobe, dressing table, seating area, a cot is also available in this room.
- Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom, with a king size (150 cm) memory foam bed, dressing table and fitted wardrobes.
- Bedroom 3 is a twin single bed room (90 cm) with a dressing table and fitted wardrobes. Other Things to Note

Fed up of the weather here in the Uk? We still have availability in May, June and some of July 2023 open for bookings. Maybe plan an escape for early 2024 - We recently booked a return flight London Gatwick to Tenerife South,with bags and all taxes,for £160 an adult for early next year - this could be you eating dinner and watching the sun set 🙂.

“A wonderful stay started by a great welcome from our hosts with excellent communication. When we arrived the check in was great and this set the tone for a relaxing holiday at Amedine. Such a super house with pool and terraces. Bring your trainers for getting around as the area is hilly, but very picturesque! It’s walking distance to eating places and shops. Beaches near by and great suggestions from our hosts on where to explore around the area. We went off by bus and car which was easy too. We will definitely be back, thank you to Mat and Mandy for your attention to detail and welcoming us into your beautiful villa. Best Wishes 🌞”
