¿Qué ropa llevar en el Caminito del Rey?

Para empezar, ten en cuenta que se trata de una actividad de turismo activo que requiere un grado de esfuerzo físico. Lleva por tanto ropa cómoda y transpirable. Si puedes llevar diferentes capas de ropa mejor que mejor. No te olvides de coger una gorra para el sol y calzado adecuado de trekking tipo bota o zapato. Pero, además, también es importante llevar agua suficiente y siempre serán bienvenidas las barritas energéticas, frutos secos y alguna pieza de fruta.
