Nice time to be in Alicante for sure

¡Buenos días! Hoy amanecemos con bastantes nubes y con un ambiente menos frío que ayer. Suben las temperaturas y seguirán subiendo en los próximos días. El miércoles vamos a superar de manera amplia los 20ºC y rondaremos los 25ºC el jueves.

A partir del viernes bajarán de nuevo las temperaturas y volveremos al ambiente más fresco que estamos teniendo estos días.

This August the Valencia regional parlament passed a new decree regarding renting out property which is not easy to fully understand. The decree says that house owners can max rent out 10 days on our tourist rental license. It is not clear why they picked 10 days ( 9 nights) or how they calculate the 10 days ( if you check in to the rental property in the evening is do you get an extra night?) It also seem that depending on the municipality they will enforce this decree with different extent. I will continue to rent out Villa Balea but until further clarification only for 9 nights maximum. I have a tourist rental license since 2017.
