We are delighted to announce that we are now sponsoring Frankie Hinsley – Elite Road Cyclist based in Ronda, Spain.

Frankie is a 24-year-old Brit turned adopted Spaniard, a fierce competitor with a love for all things on two wheels, and maybe just a little bit of a speed addict. Born in the UK but raised under the Spanish sun since she was 13, she has embraced the best of both worlds. She can swap between languages as easily as I switch gears on a climb, and let’s just say she has a knack for finding every hill and hairpin turn on the way to the podium.

Her cycling journey kicked off just four years ago, but it’s been a sprint to the top. After only one year of racing, she was already making waves in the Elite Fem category, leaving a trail of victories and some shocked competitors in my wake. And this year? Well, she took on the 2024 Copa de Andalucía and came out with the big win. Not bad for the “new girl,” right?

But there’s more to Frankie than the medals. she is a university grad with the mind of a strategist and the heart of a competitor. Bilingual and driven, she blends her academic smarts with a relentless spirit, finding that sweet spot where discipline meets adrenaline. Every race is a test, every win a new bar to beat, and every setback a lesson.

There’s plenty more to come, races and victories! We can not wait to support you on your journey. May your meteoric rise to the top continue.

On a recent trip to the UK I had quite forgotten how dark, grey and wet the days are at this time of year. Escape to southern Spain for some winter sun here in Andalucia. It’s still light until 6pm here in Ronda.
