Dear all.
We are now in progress to finish the accountancy and accept it in a general meeting. To make it open and visual for all to see it is important now when we are closing down and prepare to pay back the remaining as agreed to the investors. We have still investors that have refused to handle the situation well. And they can be part of making the company go bankcrupt and make the rest lose all their investment instead of getting something back. Sadly, some people are like that. The other reason for this is an investor who didnt pay what he promissed and agreed to. The whole project have been extremely difficult to manage. And in the end, when I look back on it - it was simply not possible to manage alone.
Another reason for the downfall was the fact that we didnt succed in getting a big, passionate investor in. Despite this I tried, work my ass off for 4 years. A divorce, sold all my assets to finance the company and the move to mallorca to work and follow up the company and building, property and to continue to build our project. Nobody else took the inititive and responsability to see it through. In the end I mentaly collapsed…
and now a fight with greedy and unfair investor…
I will continue to treat our investors fair, to work hard to pay an equal amount back to our investors.
I have also been working hard on beeing able to present a new way for the company going forward, making a new way for us to be successfull and get new passionate investors to continue our way forward. But in the chaos we are now in… I can not invite anybody into Stayer Experience SL and as the situation are now, I can not ask anyone to invest - even if I have a found a good way forward after much work, many hours of planning, travelling, meetings.
Bankcrupcy is most likely the possible outcome for Stayer Experience SL, due to greed from some… We still have the property to sell. But the market is not good. And it have been for sale for a year. The price that we have announced now is 230.000 but we are most likely, not getting that - far from it. I have a potential buyer. But I will not act until I have had the general shareholder meeting ( 16/5 - 2023 ) and to have voted there on all descitions so any of my actions can be questioned.
Anyway, you know me, still working on solving things here… and to be honest, open and hardworking.
