Descripción del puesto de Recepcionista:
- Atención al cliente en nuestras oficinas.
- Acompañamiento y guía de nuestros visitantes en las excursiones submarinas.
- Resolución de consultas y gestión de reservas.
- Promover una experiencia excepcional para nuestros clientes, asegurando su satisfacción durante todo el recorrido.
- El lugar de trabajo será en nuestra oficina en Amarilla Marina, 38639 San Miguel de Abona.

Descripción del puesto de Guía de Autobús:
- Recoger a los clientes según los listados de reserva.
- Realizar el registro de nombres.
- Acompañarlos hasta nuestra base operativa en Amarilla Marina.
- El lugar de trabajo será en nuestra oficina en Amarilla Marina, 38639 San Miguel de Abona.

Requisitos:
- Nivel alto de español, *inglés y francés.
- Excelente capacidad de comunicación y trato al público.
- Actitud proactiva y orientación al cliente.

- Experiencia previa en atención al cliente y turismo (valorada, pero no imprescindible).

- Receptionist and Customer Service. 30-hour week contract.

Job Description for Receptionist:
- Customer service in our offices.
- Accompanying and guiding our visitors on underwater excursions.
- Resolving queries and managing reservations.
- Promoting an exceptional experience for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the tour.
- The workplace will be at our office at Amarilla Marina, 38639 San Miguel de Abona.

Job description for Bus Guide:
- Pick up customers according to the reservation lists.
- Register names.
