We have decided to rent out our lovely 3 bedroom apartment at the beach on a short term basis, so we thought you may be interested in having a look at it.....
The apartment is ideal for families and those looking for a relaxing environment surrounded by nature. It is located in the Casa del Mar residential complex, situated in the outskirts of the Garraf natural parc, between Sitges and Vilanova
i la Geltru. It is very close to the Sitges golf course, the beach and only 20 minutes away from Barcelona airport. We recommend to have a car since all amenities bars, cafes, restaurants, night life and the beach are within a five minute ride. The complex has a community area with a big green area, a large infinity pool and a splash pool for the children. The apartment is 100 square meters and it is split in two levels. On the main floor there is the lounge and dining room and the kitchen with direct access to the fantastic 80 m terrace, where you can enjoy the stunning mountain and sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine and dryer. There is a courtesy bathroom on this floor. The lower floor comprises of 3 bedrooms. Cot available on request. On this floor, there are two bathrooms (one ensuite) fitted with a bathtub and shower. The apartment will comfortably accommodate 6 people. It is equipped with central heating and AC, it has its own underground car park and 24 hr on site security.
