Anu Nylund, entrevistando a Antonio Martell en su restaurante museo de El Madroñal. Las notas serán parte de su trabajo de campo sobre el turismo responsable en Gran Canaria, que presentará en abril en la Universidad de Laponia, Finlandia. Ha sido un honor guiarla por la Gran Canaria desconocida durante toda la semana. Las últimas fotos fueron tomadas ayer en un remoto poblado troglodita de la isla.

Anu Nylund during her interview to Antonio Martell at his restaurant-museum in El Madroñal, Santa Brigida. Her notes will integrate a paper on responsible tourism on Gran Canaria that she will hand in in April at Lapland University, Finland. It's been an honor to guide her around the unknown areas of Gran Canaria during the last seven days. The last pictures were taken yesterday at a remote cave dwelling hamlet on the island.

After our little adventure, we took a more civilised path: the charming village of Agüimes and its beautiful hidden corners.

The Human Tour features in today´s edition of Fjordingen, a Norwegian online newspaper! The story was written by customer and friend Anne Kjos-Wenjum Armas, director of the Jostedalsbreen National Park Center in Norway. Last december Anne came to Gran Canaria on a study tour with The Human Tour in order to learn all about the nature reserves on the island.
