My name is Paula and I am Manager/Head of Concierge here at Casa Amore 🩷

3 years ago we opened the doors to our first ever clients and it’s been a whirlwind of success and craziness ever since…

Who am I to the client?
Well where do I begin…

I am your go to girl…
Whatever you need, whatever you want.
There’s no request too big….

I wear MANY hats…

Cocktail Maker, Driver, Event Planner, Karaoke Host, Children’s Rep, Big Sister, Best Friend….. Even sometimes an unqualified Therapist - but I DO give the best advice 😜

What is my favourite part of the job?

Getting to know you all as friends… and being able to watch the children grow year after year…
Picking you up from the airport to kisses and cuddles and hearing the words ‘Auntie Paula’ as they come running over…

No 2 weeks are ever the same!!! And this is what I LOVE!

Just rest assured… Myself and the team will always GUARANTEE you will have a holiday to remember 🙌

We aren’t just staff… we truly do become a part of your family. Hence the reason we are now at a 66 percent rebooking status! 💥

I truly do believe we have created one of the most unique Holiday Destinations of all time!
