The apartment is a large and spacious studio, which unusually has a semi self-contained bedroom area for privacy and separation from the main living accommodation, housing 2 comfortable single beds with storage, with additional sleeping options in the living area with a large convertible ‘chaise lounge’. It is most suitable for singles, couples / pairs.
The apartment is fully equipped for self-catering, and is fully air-conditioned, and includes TV, DVD / CD, washing machine, in-room safe, shower and bath, and freezer for longer-term lets. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (accessed by lifts or stairs) and has a large balcony facing South catching the afternoon and evening, with a sea view (albeit about 500 yards away!).
The apartment is situated on the popular but peaceful resort of Golf del Sur, on the Green Park (Parque Verde) complex, which is one of the original complexes which formed the resort. The communal areas and facilities are more modest than many of the new high grade luxury tourist (all inclusive) complexes that largely make up the resort, but are more than adequate for most, including 3 swimming pools, 2 bars, a British cafe, and a well-equipped general store, and plenty of parking for guests. The resort is just 10 minute taxi ride / drive (or 30 mins bus ride), from the airport.
All amenities in the area are within easy walking distance with other restaurants, bars, and shops etc available within a minute or two, as is the taxi rank and bus stop. The 2 golf courses after which the area is named, are just a short walk or drive / taxi away, and the beach (mainly pebbly / rocky in the Golf area), marina and coastal path are just 10 minutes walk.

The main square (plaza) called San Blas, is around 15-20 mins walk or 30 mins via the more scenic coastal path, or approx €4 by taxis which are readily available outside Green Park, and at San Blas. The square houses a number of shops, banks, bars, restaurants of all varieties, and there is usually evening entertainment at the middle and top squares.
Slightly further afield, around 1/2 mile walk from San Blas (1.5 miles from Green Park), is the beautiful fishing village of Los Abrigos, with many seafood restaurants and cafes, and a picturesque harbour. Further along the coast, a bus ride or drive / taxi away for most, is El Medano, a beach town with all amenities and golden beaches, and traditional streets and plazas.
The main southern resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are 15 and 20 minutes away respectively, by taxi/car or around 30 mins - 1 hour by bus. The whole of the island is accessible easily with a rental car, which for shorter stays usually works out best collecting on arrival at airport (autoreisen tends to be most popular) and many of the main parks and attractions offer free pick-up / drop-off.
The apartment is service cleaned and laundered before and after every guest check-in / out.
Prices start from £195 per week inclusive, £375 per fortnight, and £595 PCM for longer lets. Specific periods, ie 8 days or
17 days etc are fine, and pricing is on a pro-rata basis.
