The apartment is based in Hotel Santa Maria which is situated in Costa Adeje (Tenerife). We are approx 5 mins walk to the beach and 5/10 mins walk to the marina and close to restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is also located 5 mins drive away from Siam Park which is a fantastic water theme park for all ages. How far is the nearest beach? The nearest beach is located approx 250 meters from the hotel. Distance from Airport
Tenerife South Airport is situated 20Km from the hotel and Tenerife North Airport is located 88Km away. Taxi ranks are situated outside of the departures hall at Tenerife South Airport and the usual cost of trip should be circa 20 euros . Rooms
The hotel consists of 402 apartments and studios over 7 floors. Our privately bought self catering studio apartment consists of twin beds, bathroom with bath and shower, kitchenette with kettle and toaster, dining area, and lounge with sofa bed & TV/DVD and a private sea facing balcony. Food & Drink
Our apartment is self catering, however nearby are a huge selection of excellent restaurants including Italian, Grills & Steak, Chinese Buffet, Indian, Mexican & Spanish. Sports & Entertainment
There is an adult swimming pool with a large number of sun beds surrounding it, also a small kids pool and a toddlers splash pool. There is a pool table, table tennis and shuffle board. There is also evening entertainment which varies, but examples of some entertainment provided by the hotel include, fashion shows, music and snake shows. Facilities & Services
The Santa Maria Aparthotel provides a friendly atmosphere and an arrangement of facilities a small games room and self service laundry. A varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants are nearby. Transport
There is a taxi rank and bus stop around 100m from the complex although hotel staff can also order a taxi for you from the reception desk if required. Where is the nearest supermarket? There are smaller shops and supermarkets situated just below the hotel which offer a range of basic requirements, however if you walk up the hill past St Eugene's Music bar and Temple Bar there is a shopping complex opposite and below the shopping complex is a large supermarket called Mercadona which has a larger range of supplies at a much cheaper cost. The weather ranges from around 20-22 degrees during winter months Dec/Jan/Feb to approx 30 degrees during the summer months Jul/Aug. Whilst it is usually warm during the day Tenerife benefits from cooler evenings which can make the temperature much more pleasant than some other popular holiday destinations. We do sometimes take less than 7 days booking but the minimum charge would be £200.00 due to high cost to clean and provide linen

I am here now this apartment is absolutely beautiful. The balcony is a sun trap in the afternoon great for chilling out on after a walk around. There is a supermarket across the road for all your essentials or a big supermarket (mercadona) about 15 min walk away. Also plenty of bars restaurants and shops around. We went in
Route 66 last night it was a blast. Mandy is a great host and always answers any questions you may have. 😃

New Bathroom refit July 2019

OCTOBER 2019 APARTMENT ADDITIONS

Hi everyone, we are in Tenerife at the moment, making a few more improvements to the apartment! Firstly a sofa bed! as so many people have asked us if we could sleep a child. And a new side table. It looks much lighter and brighter. Next week we will have a few more additions a ceiling fan! as the hotel took ours down by mistake when they did their own rooms on the 2nd floor., and an aircon (PHEW that will be great in summer) and BONUS a 7kg load washing machine. No more trailing to the hotel basement washers at 5 euros a time!! I will post more pictures next week when they are installed. Mandy
