Important Notice to Our Customers:
Last weekend, we experienced issues with our booking website. We immediately contacted the company managing the platform, but to our surprise, they had closed their operations without any prior notice, leaving us and other businesses in a challenging situation.
Over the past few days, we have collaborated with other affected companies in attempts to recover the servers hosting our sites, but unfortunately, these efforts have been unsuccessful. Given the nature of this product, it may take some time to establish a new booking system; however, we are working hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We would like to reassure all customers who have already booked with us that all your reservations, deposits, and payments are secure. Future payments can be made by bank transfer, and we are working to restore credit card payment options through a new agreement with our bank. We will keep you updated on any changes.
In the meantime, to allow new bookings, we will return to a manual system. If you wish to book, please email us with your requested dates, and we will reply with availability and pricing for the apartments. We will then continue correspondence via email.
Since we do not currently have a dedicated booking website, we have temporarily listed our apartments on the real estate site www.jdhpropertiestenerife.com.
How to navigate the site to find available apartments:
Select “HOLIDAY RENTAL” as shown in the image.
The apartment number is displayed under “PRICE.”
