It’s 🥂 and today we have Finca Las Yeguas, which I had the pleasure of tasting again when I visited last week. Fran and Carlos were fabulous hosts, thanks again guys 😘

100% native garrido fino grown in albariza soil, aged in stainless steel over lees for 60 days, then transferred to American and French oak with lees for 45 days.

Finca Las Yeguas is fresh, unctuous and balanced with a long satisfying finish. We enjoyed it with jamón and other charcuterie and cheese out in the winter sunshine, which turns out was an excellent pairing. 🥂☀️
