We are expanding again! We are looking for a Guest Experience Assistant who is available for the afternoons and weekends (5 days ) and will help preparing for the guests arrival, co ordinating check ins and check outs with the team, looking after guests during their stay, organising extra services, taking charge of the 24 hour service phone pro rata with the team, co-ordinating with the property managers regarding villa preparation.
Requirements:
· Must live in or close to Sitges for logistical reasons.
· You should be able to work within a team, be patient and remain calm in difficult situations
· Need to be flexible with working hours - October to May - 11am to 7pm and May to September 12pm to 8pm. TBD
· Full clean driving license and your own means of transport.
· Some knowledge of the tourism/ holiday rental industry and/or previous client service experience essential.
· English is a must both written and speaking and possibly French.

There is hope! The Superior Court of Justice of Catalunya declared null and void parts of the recently passed Ordenanca regarding tourist rentals, including also the part which states that tourist licences cannot be transferred on sale of the property.

This sounds very promising but we have to wait until this decision is finalised (i.e no appeal made).
