Hi all!

We have a beautiful large one bedroom apartment for rent in Puerto Del Carmen. Complex is Ocean Lanzamar. It is a secured complex. We have all English and Irish Channels.
Aircon with hot and cold settings. Fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, balcony. Ocean lanzamar is very well situated between New town and the Old Town. The Spar supermarket is directly across the road, Lidl is a 5 min walk away and the Biosfera shopping centre a 5 min walk away also. Beach is about 10 mins away as is the strip where you will find all the bars and restaurants.
