A beautiful breakfast today at Creme across from Funde Grube in town.
I had the açai bowl with mixed fruits and granola, Pete had pancakes with banana and syrup. 😋 Delish!!

I bring good news !!
The amazing ladies at Dolmen Restaurant will be reopening following their Summer break on Wednesday 4th September 🎉

Their new opening schedule will be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings but please note booking is essential.

This restaurant is highly recommended - the food and service are fabulous!

I've seen lots of posts asking about Suncream so thought I'd share the selection available at our local supermarket.

My view is that it's expensive compared to the same brands in the UK and our approach is to do a Boots click and collect order to pick up at the airport.

Another amazing meal at Osteria Antichi Sapori - we are SO lucky to have such a fabulous restaurant right on our doorstep. The food and service are just superb !!

Croquettes to share to start (we'd eaten half before I remembered to take a pic), I had aubergine with a side salad and Pete had fillet steak - we couldn't manage a dessert. 😋
A great bottle of Pinot Grigo too 🥂

Great afternoon Go Karting in Lanzarote, Pete, Kris & Cerys joining 4 of the guys from The Lighthouse on their day off.

Pete was happy with 2nd & 3rd in the 2 races and second fastest lap time, offset by burning his arm on the engine trying to get out ☹️.

Thanks for Matteo for organising and a great battle in both races 😎.

No prizes for guessing who won (as usual ) 🏆

What a fabulous place for brekkie - can't believe this is our first visit.
"Greens" is in the Santa Rosa row in Playa Bastian and has a great range of healthy /vegan friendly breakfasts and light lunches.

I had the yogurt and granola bowl while Pete had the avacado, feta, tomato and pesto toast - both were delicious!!

We'll definitely be back 😋😋
