The villa is able to accommodate 4 guests. It is well located for all types of facilities. The house is distributed in one floor, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms, one has 1 double bed and the other one 2 single beds so in total the house is upt to 4 people. Full equipped kitchen with a big fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine in a separate room, microwave, coffe machine Dolce Gusto and american coffee maker, kettle and all accessories. Outside, there is sunbeds, a table to have breakfast or dinner and a lovely and private swimming pool. Free wifi everywhere in the house, TV international channels. There is no air conditioner, but the house has been prepared with a natural ventilation, so it is fresh in summer too. By the way, for the warmests, we can provide fans too. In Lanzaroteando Holidays, we work to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday and we are available 24/7 in case you need something from us. If you have any question, do not hesitate to contact us, it will be a pleasure to help you 🙂 The villa is ideal for families and small groups. Getting Everything at walking distance (bars, restaurants, shops, the best beaches like Papagayo).

Casa Kokomo is a wonderful and modern two-story villa with a private pool. It is located in the tourist area of Playa Blanca, in the south of the island.
