Here is a review from one of our guests that we are very proud of. The family of 8 recently returned home to the uk and thoroughly enjoyed their stay in casa pedanna. We would equally like to compliment them in a the way they respected and treated our villa:-

We’ve stayed in many villas around the world and this one is up there with the best. As we have a large combined family of 7, 2 adults 4 teenagers and a 10 year old we needed bedrooms and bathrooms which this villa has.

When we arrived we were delighted as it was like a brand new villa , spotless, pristine and modern.

The outside is beautiful with an infinity pool , so many areas to sit, eat, and our favourite the bar area.
At night time the villa is fantastic with a pool that changes colour, and the garden is a fantastic place to eat and chill out after a hard day sunbathing.

Inside it’s like a brand new modern home, not your typical Spanish villa. Amazing huge modern kitchen with every gadget and a double American style fridge.
The bathrooms are fantastic, again all like new with large showers and lots of mirrors... essential for teenage girls!! We were never fighting for a shower.
The bedrooms are spacious ... our main bedroom had its own wrap around balcony ... great for a quiet get away from the kids, whilst keeping an eye on them.
All have separate remote control air con which cools the rooms very quickly ... ice cold!!

Parking was available via the electric gates but we just parked on the private road at the side as it was easier and quicker.

The area was nice and quiet, v easy to find of the main road out of Moraira (5mins) few minutes to several supermarkets, beaches , etc etc.

I can honestly say that for the money, location, level of quality you will be hard pressed to find a better holiday home... perfect!!

Hopefully we will be back.
