Available 18th Dec 2023 - 30th April 2024 - €1750pm plus bills. 5 bed, 4 bath, stunning garden and views. Gutted for our prospective tenants who were due to move out to live in Moraira once their new villa was finished being refurbished and were due to rent ours until May ‘24. Their employer had said they would arrange the visa, their kids had been accepted into the international school, even their cat was ready too but their employer has now decided not to suppprt the move and the brakes are firmly on.

So if you are looking for a bit of winter sun and escape the miserable great British weather… Casa Verde is ready and waiting !! DM me if you’re interested.
