We have been chosen as exclusive partners to provide high quality accommodation for winter bookings in Mar Menor Golf Resort, La Torre Golf Resort, and the new addition of Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort.

This year has been an exceptional year for winter bookings already, with an incredible amount of winter mid term guests booking in advance for 24/25 season, to the extent that we are almost full already!

Good morning all!

I am so excited to announce that Murcia Holiday Rentals has secured a commercial unit at The Courtyard in El Cason, Hacienda Riquelme.

Within a few weeks we will be assisting owners and visitors with holiday and mid term rentals, keyholding and complete management service, including commercial laundry and pressing facility.

We will also be introducing equipment rentals including bikes, mobility scooters, baby equipment, mobility aids, tools and gadgets.

Finally we are Lobster mobile phone agents, and can assist with tax submissions etc as well, saving you money and time.

As the only rental agent and property management business with an on-site presence on HR, and with staff speaking Spanish, English and French, we feel sure that we’ll add real value to the resort.

We’re on hand to assist with anything from printing to translation services, assistance with utility companies and banks, and anything else that you want to ask us. In most cases there is no charge, just leave a great review!

Our basic keyholding service is completely FREE! So if you don’t need much, you won’t pay us anything at all for that peace of mind.

If you need an all singing, all dancing solution, we can do that!

We now have another wedding party to accommodate, this time in October 2024! Please let us know if you have a villa with pool or townhouse available from 2nd October until 10th October 2024, as we will be using all the ones we have currently listed. See below for details.

The resort of choice for them both is La Torre Golf Resort, and with both events hosting 100+ guests, we are busy recommending our best properties.

If you own a villa with pool on La Torre Golf, please reach out if you would be interested in renting it out. Either just for these events, or on a regular basis as you choose. We will of course be using apartments and townhouses as well, but we need more villas for certain! La Torre Holiday Home Owners!

Would you like a new fitted bathroom? Or maybe its time your water boiler or air conditioning was replaced? For Free?!

The properties on La Torre are 18 years old now and many owners have remodelled to include new kitchens and bathrooms etc.

Last season we saw an unprecedented amount of problems with the Roca boilers, and the old air conditioning units (which are also super inefficient!). Although our keyholders were amazing in sorting out the issues, this inevitably resulted in some disruption to holidays and all the associate rebates. And in some cases, lower review scores.

So we had an idea.....

If you give us your unoccupied weeks in summer, we will give you a free fitted bathroom, boiler or aircon in bedrooms. Or whatever is the next big ticket item on your list of desires (or what's most likely to pack up next in the middle of summer!)

After a very long wait, I am very excited to announce that Murcia Holiday Rentals are opening our flagship office in La Torre Golf Resort Town Centre!

This office is in addition to the office in Mar Menor Golf Resort, offering short, mid and long term rentals to guests, and a unique commission free model for owners (we get paid by the booking channels).

With nearly 200 property owners trusting us to get the best return on their investment, we are the largest and most respected rental agency in the region.

We will be in the old Novasol office opposite Golf Property Store, our Preferred Partners for buying and selling property in La Torre and Terrazas.
