Renting out your property in Summer is fairly easy, but the true test of a decent agent is winter bookings.

This year we have signed up several new Scandinavian Golf Tour operators on a completely exclusive basis, one of which has already made 40 bookings for the winter season October to March inc! collectively the operators have rented almost everything we have that fits the requirements.

As property owner, taking winter rentals is a great way to "dip your toe" into the rental market. The guests are older (retired), well behaved and super respectful with the properties. We have never had a problem with the Scandinavian rentals. More importantly, it is always just two people occupying the properties, and of course the bills and costs are much lower than summer months. So it's a trouble free way to make your holiday home cost neutral with no hassle at all. We take care of everything.

Although the financial yeild is not as high as summer, our average owner will collect around 3,000 euros from winter bookings alone. That's your community fees, and standing utility bills paid for the whole year, with some change left for maintenance etc. If you choose to add summer onto that, you will be in profit.

The average owner of a two bedroom apartment will pay around 200 euros per month just to leave it empty, gathering dust. So don't keep piling money into your spanish account if you are not using the property!

Good morning all!

I am so excited to announce that Murcia Holiday Rentals has secured a commercial unit at The Courtyard in El Cason, Hacienda Riquelme.

Within a few weeks we will be assisting owners and visitors with holiday and mid term rentals, keyholding and complete management service, including commercial laundry and pressing facility.

We will also be introducing equipment rentals including bikes, mobility scooters, baby equipment, mobility aids, tools and gadgets.

Finally we are Lobster mobile phone agents, and can assist with tax submissions etc as well, saving you money and time.

As the only rental agent and property management business with an on-site presence on HR, and with staff speaking Spanish, English and French, we feel sure that we’ll add real value to the resort.

We’re on hand to assist with anything from printing to translation services, assistance with utility companies and banks, and anything else that you want to ask us. In most cases there is no charge, just leave a great review!

Our basic keyholding service is completely FREE! So if you don’t need much, you won’t pay us anything at all for that peace of mind.

If you need an all singing, all dancing solution, we can do that!
