Let’s face it there are now a lot of options for booking properties on the MMGR. From owners direct to large internationals such as vrbo and booking.com to big local agents. We try and place ourselves differently…We are not the largest agent,
but we would love to help you find that special property whatever the occasion…

exclusively-marmenor.com are one of the original and longest established holiday rental businesses on the Mar Menor. We have owned a property on the resort since 2005 and offered rental properties ever since.

We are a small Murcia based family business and have personally met the owners of every property we advertise. We don’t always get things right but we try to. We also try to see things from an owners and renters perspective, which isn’t easy. Owning and letting a property on the resort ourselves helps.

We love the resort and want to see it thrive. We’ve stuck by it through the tough times and hope to see it blossom over the coming years. We may not have the marketing spend of the global advertising channels but we don’t have their hidden fees either. We offer a more personal service and don’t view rental clients as numbers.

For clients, we are personally available via phone, email or message throughout the booking process. Can you say the same about the multi national booking platforms? We are Tourist Board registered, pay our taxes locally and contribute to the Murcia economy. This is important to us.

We insist all properties advertised have a locally based property manager, who is available 24/7. Owners are free to advertise where they want to maximize bookings. We are happy to play a part in your marketing activity. We only charge a fee when we a booking is secured.

We don’t charge a cent to professionally photograph and add a property to our portfolio. If we don’t secure any bookings, although we are confident we will, there is nothing to pay! If you are interested in giving a local family business a try, please get in touch, we’d love to hear from you 👍😎👏
