🩵 Pool Towels 🩵
Although the fence looks like the perfect place to dry towels, once the golf course switch the sprinklers on, they can often get an unwanted drenching! We have popped a hanger on the pillar by the sunbeds which is in the sun from 1st thing so should help dry them out 👌

For bookings from December 2024 until March 2025, we are including pool heating in the nightly rate rather than as an additional charge. Minimum 3 night stay, tailor make your own break around flights from your local airport to either Murcia RMU (25 mins tfr) or Alicante (1 hour tfr). 🇪🇸🏡⛳️

No villa winter project this year as we are moving in the U.K. but we have updated and replaced some things. New hair dryers in the bedrooms, an air fryer in the kitchen and new indoor dining chairs as the old ones looked like they'd been nibbled by someone 🥴

Labels 😂
In all seriousness, we've labelled nearly every cupboard with the hope things will be returned to their original home. As always, we ask guests not to take anything breakable outside so we buy high quality plastic/melamine outdoor ware for guests to use. Unfortunately this season we had the instance when guests found a whole broken wine glass in the bottom of the pool. I hate to think what could have happened had someone stood on the stem so please, please do not take it outside. It's just not fair. Thank you ###

🏡⛳️🇪🇸Happy villa-versary to us 🇪🇸⛳️🏡
7 years ago, when we bought the villa, we knew we could only visit in the school holidays, so it was a no brainer to rent the other weeks. We now don't need summer holidays as our girls are both working 💕 Time flies so enjoy your little ones when you can! 😢💛. However, now as adults at 18 & 21, I love that our girls still love our "Happy Place in the Sun" and we now have so many friends who have bought on the resort after staying with us, that we have a community at home and abroad. 🇪🇸
We are very lucky and thank you to everyone who has enjoyed their time at the villa ###
