Sunny penthouse on the border of Torremolinos and Benalmádena with lovely south facing terraces, lift, private parking, supermarket at 200 meters, close to the beach, restaurants, 10 minutes walk to the train station.

It is fully equipped with everything you need.

❄️ Air-conditioning / heating
🛏 Queensize bed & baby bed
🛌 2 single beds (90x200) & (105x190)
🛌 Folding bed & sofa bed
💻 Work space with 500 BTS WIFI for remote workers
🛁 We provide one bath sheet and one hand towel per guest. All bedding is included. A hairdryer is also on site.
🛌 We use mattress and pillow protectors, which are changed each time and our mattresses and pillows are eco-cleaned regularly.
☕️ Tea and coffee are provided, as well as hand soap, cleaning products, toilet rolls, shampoo and shower gel.
🍳 Our penthouse has a separated full kitchen, inc a hob, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, 2 coffe machines, an oven etc. We also have a washing machine a brand new Siemens large fridge with a large freezer. Iron and ironing board can be supplied also.
🛁 In the bathroom, we have a double rain shower with a removable attachment.
🪟 Our living room has blackout curtains, which provide complete darkness and keep the room cool, throughout the day.
🏖 We have 4 sun loungers, on our beautiful terrace and plenty of space which will allows to do some sports or yoga on site.
⛱️ A parasol can be supplied for taken to the pool, beach etc.
👶 For the little ones, we have a brand new baby bed with an extra comfy mattress, a high chair, a blanket, plastic cups and plates.
☕ Coffee caps, tea, creamer, sugar, salt will be free of charge.
☀️ We have a private sunny terrace that has views of the sea on one side and the mountains on the opposite.
