STREET MARKETS

All Orihuela Costa street markets feature lots of stalls offering the spectrum of Spanish kitchenware, cooking pans and pots, seasonal plants such as herbs and chillies, and freshly cut bouquets of flowers.

Fashion features at each market too, and the clothes stalls are always worth a look as the fabrics are locally sourced and perfect for the hot weather that the Orihuela Costa experiences in the height of summer. Take a close look at the labels and you might be lucky enough to pick up a beautiful Spanish-made dress for as little as €15.

Panorama Park is a small gated community, each apartment building has 4 levels with each exists is in a well maintained subtropical garden with two pools and 24 hour security and TV monitor. From Panorama Park you are only a short walk from the beach and the promenade in Punta Prima, as well as supermarkets and resturants.

The property is located on the ground floor and consists of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. It boasts a whopping 90m2 of interior living space. Every single room in this apartment is very spacious. The sunny terrace, which is directly south-facing is 15m2 and can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom.

Safe renting !!

In the Valencia community the tourist licence is an Authorization from the central tourist office that allows you to rent short terms your holiday property.

The tourist licence number is valid forever. The owner of the licence is the house, so if you buy a Spanish property with a licence you can change the name on the licence.

It is also recommended to request a copy of an invoice for electricity and/or water, to ensure that you are dealing with the legal owner of the property.

The Balneario de Archena is a natural thermal complex of more than 200,000 m². It is located in the province of Murcia, in the Natural Park of Valle de Ricote, next to the Segura River on its way through Archena.

The Archena Spa is possibly one of the spas with the longest history as its beginnings date back to the 5th century BC, when the Iberian settlers who settled in Archena were the first to use the thermal waters located in the Region of Murcia.

Punta Prima is situated on the N332 coastal road between Torrevieja and Playa Flamenca and can be easily accessed from the AP-7 motorway (Salinas exit).

Not far along the N332 are the resorts of Cabo Roig and La Zenia. Punta Prima is very handy for both Alicante and Murcia airports and airport transfers are readily available if you are not hiring a car.

Punta Prima is one of the most popular and well-known areas south of Torrevieja. Especially in the urbanization “Panorama Park”, built by Grupo Gomendio is popular due to the nice apartment with great views, big terraces, underground parking and surveillance by guards and CCTV cameras 24 hour 365 days a year.

Punta Prima is within easy reach of several lovely beaches all with “blue flag” status for cleanliness and safe swimming. Punta Primas own beach is renowned for its fine, white sand and is within easy walking distance of all the main amenities of the town.
