During Nov and Dec 23 the apartment is available for shorter term / holiday rentals (including up to Boxing Day) and then from the end of the month into the New Year if you're looking for somewhere a little longer-term (e.g. multiple weeks or months) until we get into May when existing bookings commence.

1. Cheaper flights, car rental, etc.
2. Still really warm but more bearable than July and August
3. It’s quieter – beaches, bars / restaurants, swimming pools
4. Less likely to have travel disruption
5. Kids are back at school!

And as well as doing the bathroom, SSD Tiling also re-tiled our terrace and stairs to the roof, also looking rather swish I'm sure you'll agree 👏
